how to ALT + skill?

Is it possible to do ALT + skill using hydra?

I use it often (with keyboard) on Huskar, with his second skill, which is "burning spear" (unique attack modifier). Without ALT + skill you have to click the button 1 (P1L) on hydra after every attack which is quite inconvenient sometimes (in situations when you want your modifier to be on all the time).

We don't have Alt mapped at the moment, we're using right click on the icon to toggle autocasts. We'll consider a way to fit it in the bind somewhere though, thanks for the feedback.
