beta software installation problem

Hi, I have problems installing the beta software.
Here is what I did.
1. uninstall the hydra v1.0 driver.
2. unzip the beta software in desktop directory.
3. execute the motioncreatorengeneSDK.exe file.
Even though the GUI of beta software comes up and works. I cannot initiate freeLook on the games I start. :x
Please let me know if I am doing something wrong here.

NOTE: New modes register as "FreeLook" from the "Preferred Mode" drop-down menu. To use these un-check the regular freelook profile and the experimental mode you're not using. (IE If you're trying to use Hybrid, uncheck Akimbo and Freelook, if you're trying to use Akimbo uncheck freelook and Hybrid.)

I do not understand, if I want to use the Hybrid in "Preferred Mode", then where should I uncheck Akimbo and Freelook?
and I see that the new modes (Akimbo and Hybrid) are only for two games Crysis 2 and Hard Reset, and for the other games must edit MCE to make the new modes?

First make sure the game you want to play has an mce supporting freelook. Usually they are labled like the following: GameName - Freelook. If the game has a freelook mce, then make sure that you have freelook selecdted in the preferred_mode dropdown.

Currently we are evaluating 2 additional modes: Hybrid, and Akimbo. Both of those modes register as freelook. If you see other modes listed as Game - Hybrid or Game - two_controller (akimbo) then uncheck those before you go into the game.

For example, I want to use the hybrid mode in the game Battlefield: Bad Company 2.
In list of games and in drop-down menu 3 modes: Mouselook, Freelook, Dual Analog.

Those modes have not yet been created for that Game.

You have to use freelook and edit the mce for Battlefield: Bad Company 2.


I strongly recommend to duplicate the existing mce file. therefore u have to right click on Battlefield: "Bad Company 2." and click duplicate.

Edit:the mouse pointer and make sure that the changes affect the toggling modes for iron sight etc.

Additionally you can rename the file for optional reasons.
