New default mouse pointer.

Hi,

I'm not sure if this was posted/done before so sorry if there is one out there allready..

This is an extended version of the default mouse pointer mode.

Next to the usual trigger and button 1 for left and right mousebutton it adds:

-joystick up/down for mousewheel up/down.

-joystick button for middle mousebutton.

Thought I might post it. Feel free to use it as base for say an rts setup.

Edit: Just found out there is indeed an other default mouse pointer setup. It is more different from the original then mine, and I like it.
