As time goes on, and threads go dead, I felt the need to make a new fresh thread in the hopes that some progress may be achieved. I am of course talking about complete Source engine integration with...
If that is the case then I suggest you try going to the store and give them a chance to fix this unpleasant event. If they refuse, try finding out what they are doing with the codes, if they are...
By the looks of that picture somebody peeled off the portal 2 sticker from the top left corner. A higher res picture would be needed to confirm. I don't want to imply anything but by the looks of it...
Yes I am using the midi controller with loopBe30. I solved it by running the mce sdk with administrator privileges.
Very weird issue. I also had UAC disabled so I don't see how it should affect it....
Well I finished setting up everything, not my first time doing this, everything worked, but after about half an hour of mixing I tried to change a track but the motion sdk controls stopped working....
Would love to see HAWX being played with the hydra. Flight Simulators are really unique in terms of input so integrating hydra support with them would really make great use of the controllers motion...
Thank you for looking into it. I am using the x64 version of Windows 8 Developer Preview downloaded from the Microsoft website. I'm using the one which includes the developer tools. found here:
...
Ok I never really knew devices could work without a driver, maybe not a custom driver but a generic one ?
Anyway the problem is as such: Hydra plugged in, shows in device manager as an unknown...
Are these the correct hardware ids for the hydra: USB\VID_1532&PID_110D&REV_0300 ? I'm thinking that they may have been altered and because of that windows can't find a driver for it.
btw the...
Yes I already did, however the install did not update any driver, and my controller still isn't recognized in device manager.
Try adjusting the gesture sensitivity in the Motion SDK or the hydra system tray if you're using the razer software.
Hi guys, I recently installed the windows 8 developer preview on a pc, however the driver (not support software)
which should download from Microsoft, does not seem to exist in the windows 8...
Well, from the videos on the Sixense channel we can quite clearly see that the alpha version of the controllers were wireless, now what I would love to know is why the transition to wired when...
Well I don't suppose you could release a beta dll for it ?
+1 to joystick emulation, it would be extremely useful to emulate a joystick rather than the mouse and keyboard
!
You find them difficult ? I never had any problems with double jumps, and it took a bit of practice for crouch jumping but I never really had any problems. I guess you'll get used to it eventually.
Well there are 2 titles that would really benefit from having native support. Beat Hazard and Audiosurf each game has a multiplayer mode that, if set up properly, would make it possible for each...
I just got back from a fresh round of fun, and well domination, 110 points kinda says it all. However there was one thing that kept bothering me, no not the menu randomly popping up, but the spy engi...
You still have to change the crosshair to none in the multiplayer tab to unstick it. In terms of the GUI you guys should implement the acceleration/sensitivity and a checkbox to auto enable free-aim...
Are the controllers such or are the controllers' actions ? In that case untick the left handed option in the SDK.
Well my experience is quite the opposite. I found that I could pull of certain things which I never could with the mouse, I only wish we had a GUI for setting the settings as setting them from the...
Well the TF2 integration is just awesome, however I'm really curios whether other Source Engine 2009 games could just be made compatible much easier given that they use the same binaries. Games like...
It doesn't show up to me.[/quote]
You need to have a premium tf2 account in order to access the bet. If you do, it will show up as a game below Team Fortress 2 in your Library.
The repeat now works. However it still isn't what I'm looking for. Maybe if they were to use a custom xinput.dll it could act like a special mouse-ish controller. That from my point would solve a lot...
Well as the title says I'm trying to bind wasd (or just a and d ) to work like a pointer, rather than bind them to the joystick. This is useful in games like Audiosurf with the Double Vison...
