Took me forever, sorry. Here you go.
Provided there's some kind of SDK or it's entirely open source, usually yes. For example it'd be possible to add support to Half-Life 2, Doom 3, Prey, Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy (MP), Lugaru or...
Sorry shadows, this seems to be a PPJoy related problem, I don't know what you should do... For me the PPJoy installer just worked, even entered test mode by itself.
There's no telling for sure, since I've only reuploaded an already reuploaded version, but I'm fairly sure it's official. Feel free to let some virus scanners loose on it.
Wow... You're right, Chrome indeed flags that. Why does it do that? I reuploaded that because I found it hard to find the newest version online. I'm actually pretty sure there's no official download...
I won't google that for you, I'm busy and it's not like it required a degree or anything. And if you don't trust me, you shouldn't run a program by me anyway for it might be a virus.
How'd you hold both controllers in place and press a key with only 2 hands? Anyway, I guess I'd make the shortcut user-selectable, so you could put it on the same. Some day.
Thanks, although it'll probably trigger some unwanted actions in most games, so I should probably add a keyboard shortcut. That's harder though.
No problem, glad we cleared it up. :)
No, it's relative to some point in space (the origin) you can set yourself. It wouldn't be very useful otherwise - you'd have to hold the controller inside the base for the position axes to be...
New version 0.5 is out. Haven't fixed the angle calculation yet, but you can now change the origin at any time by pressing Buttons 1+2+3+4+Start (it had to be hard to accidentally press).
Oops, will fix that. I just removed all the Sixense prefixes from the function names as they are in the original SDK.
I'm pretty sure that's from the Sixense SDK, not sure what they're doing...
Sorry this took so long, I was waiting for Sixense to fix a bug in the SDK before releasing. Here's a Python binding for the SDK.
Now I don't have to fix the bugs in my wrapper! Yay! (This forum...
Hi,
I've created a Python Binding for the SDK. This should be usable in the Blender Game Engine, for example.
The source code is available on github (but the visual studio project contains...
Seems to be working now (although I don't have an actual application to test it with), I could finally finish my Python Binding. :)
Steam version of the SDK is apparently quite outdated, it still...
Bump......
What are you coding in? A direct binding for the library should be possible in most languages. A command line wrapper sounds like a strange idea. It wouldn't be that much work though, maybe you could...
I'm currently experiencing all kinds of strange issues. I'm trying to replicate problems I have with the Python binding of the SDK I'm working on. I'm linking the 32 bit sixense_s.lib and get crashes...
Sorry, when the board was switched over to vbulletin my thread subscriptions must've been lost, I didn't see your posts. Well, seems like Scar found a solution by himself in the meantime...
Ah,...
Already tried that, led to a crash after the loading screen. I suppose -nosixense is what I was looking for, though I'm already done with the mod and don't have it installed anymore.
Thanks.
Hi,
I'd like to play a Portal 2 mod but the sixense DLC seems to take priority over it, getting loaded instead. How can I disable the DLC? (A workaround is changing the dlc's gameinfo.txt so it...
No if only it was a good game I'd actually buy it. Shame it reportedly doesn't even come close to its predecessors, loved those.
I hate UAC so I have it disabled anyway. I haven't tried running the app as an administrator yet though.
Usually it works very well, but every now and then (about once every hour or so?) it...
I think I have the same problem playing Half-Life 2. (Only game I've really tried so far, besides Portal 2 which is a special case due to direct integration.) Sometimes it switches to the default...
Out of the blue Flatout 3 appeared in the Steam Store. There's an image of the Sixense logo on the page. Discuss.
