Batman Arkham City is there an mce file for it?

Am I dreaming but was there once a .mce file for Batman Arkham City (BAC)? I tried the search in these forums but it doesn't show up . I have played Arkham Asylum (BAA) using the official Hydra configuration:) but there is not one for BAC.
I downloaded the game from STEAM over the weekend. Surely , it is a simple matter of recreating the same controls for both games.

The right joystick is all of your gadgets and if you hold an up gesture on your left hand the right joystick is all of your combo streaks. It feels great.

Thank you very much Glen for that,I will try it out .............yes I did see your video that's how I knew there was one somewhere . When I was in combat mode on BAA I was hammering the right hand controller trigger so much the return spring broke. Had to replace it with an old Biro spring bent to the same shape.
